# 标博士 Logo 第二阶段设计说明（v2）
|
||||
|
||||
> 接着 `BRIEF.md` 和第一阶段的成果继续。用户审阅第一阶段后提出三点意见（见第 2 节），并确认了两项决定（见第 1 节）。
|
||||
> 这一阶段**先出方案对比页让用户选**，选定后再更新正式资产。
|
||||
|
||||
## 1. 已确认的决定（直接执行）
|
||||
|
||||
1. **16px 图标用方案 B**（加粗简化的「标」字）：`png/favicon-16.png` 改为方案 B，`logo-spec.md` 里删掉「待确认」的说法。
|
||||
2. **英文统一用拼音 BIAOBOSHI**，不再出现 Bid Doctor。
|
||||
|
||||
## 2. 用户的三点意见
|
||||
|
||||
1. **要有真实印章的质感**：字形和边缘都要像真的盖出来的印章，有印泥不均、边缘不规则的感觉。
|
||||
2. **右下角的对勾破坏了整体平衡**：考虑去掉，或者换一种表达方式。
|
||||
3. **「标博士」和 BIAOBOSHI 的字体太平淡**：换成开源可商用的、更有性格的字体。
|
||||
|
||||
## 3. 设计方向
|
||||
|
||||
### 3.1 印章：印篆化的「标」+ 印泥质感
|
||||
|
||||
- **字形**：不要直接用字体。参考汉印「摹印篆 / 缪篆」的造字方法，用方折笔画**重新构造**「标」字：笔画横平竖直、转折方硬，字形撑满印面，笔画之间的空白均匀（「印篆化」）。保持现代人一眼能认出是「标」字，不要用难认的小篆。这是我们自己画的字形，没有字体授权问题。
|
||||
- **白文印**：保持红底白字（白文），印面四周留红边。内框是否保留由方案决定（建议去掉，或者只做成残缺的边线）。
|
||||
- **印泥质感**（用矢量路径实现，不用 SVG 滤镜）：
|
||||
- 外轮廓：轻微不规则，像印章边缘磨损，四个角不完全一样，不要做成「锯齿」或「毛刺」；
|
||||
- 印面：少量随机的小白点、细白丝（印泥没覆盖到的地方），集中在边缘和局部，大部分印面保持饱满；
|
||||
- 白色笔画边缘：轻微的不规则，和印面质感一致；
|
||||
- 用固定随机种子生成，保证每次导出结果一致。
|
||||
- **小尺寸**：≥ 64px 用质感版；32px 用简化版（去掉细碎斑点、保留轮廓的轻微不规则）；16px 用方案 B。
|
||||
- 质感版和干净版都要有：干净版用于需要极简的场合（例如界面中的小图标、单色印刷）。
|
||||
|
||||
### 3.2 对勾的三种处理（都要做，放进对比页）

我的倾向是 S1 或 S2；请在对比页上标注你认为最好的一个和理由。无论哪个方案，都**不能**让标志读起来像「审核通过章」。

- 字标转成路径；字距可以手动微调，但不要改字形结构。

- 字标颜色保持藏青 #1C2554（可以微调），印章红保持 #D2282E 附近。
|
||||
|

字体文件都在 `.work/fonts/`，许可证（OFL）也在那里。最终选定的字体，要把许可证复制到 `licenses/`。

- 第一阶段的正式资产（`svg/`、`png/`、`favicon.svg`、`logo-sheet.html`）这一阶段**先不替换**，等用户选定后再更新。唯一的例外是第 1 节的 favicon-16 改为方案 B，以及 `logo-spec.md` 里相应的说明。
|

- 只改 `docs/design/logo/` 里的文件，不要提交 git。
|
||||
|
||||
## 5. 完成标准
|
||||
|
||||
- 对比页在浏览器里直接打开就能看到全部方案。
|
||||
- 每个方案都用 rsvg-convert 渲染检查过，尤其是 64px 和 32px 的质感是否还清楚、是否变脏。
|
||||
- 最后用中文简要说明：每个方案的特点、你的推荐，以及还需要用户决定什么。

|

|
||||
> 第二阶段的字标 W1 / W2 效果很好，但**印章不合格**，需要重做。本轮只做 **S1 纯印章（无对勾）+ W1 字标**，这是目前的推荐组合。印章重做完成后再拿给用户选。

||||
|
||||
## 1. 第二阶段印章的问题

## 2. 新做法
|
||||
|
||||
### 2.1 字形：宋体入印
|
||||
|
||||
- 以 **思源宋体 Noto Serif SC（Black，900）** 的「标」字轮廓为基础（`.work/fonts/NotoSerifSC[wght].ttf`，用 `fontTools.varLib.instancer` 取 900 字重）。理由：投标文件上的企业公章本来就是宋体（或仿宋）字；也和 W1 字标同属宋体，整套 logo 的造型统一。
|
||||
- 「入印」处理：
|
||||
- 字形**不等比拉伸**，撑满印面（四周留出均匀的红边，大约是印面宽度的 8%–10%）；
|
||||
- 横画适当加粗，减弱宋体的横细竖粗对比，避免小尺寸下横画消失；
|
||||
- 笔画末端可以保留宋体的特征（顿笔、三角），但不要有过细的尖角；
|
||||
- 左右两部分（木 / 示）的间距和重心要调匀。
|
||||
- 印面是红底白字（白文），**不要内框**（第一阶段的断开内框去掉），**不要对勾**。
|
||||
|
||||
### 2.2 质感：位图模拟 → 矢量化
|
||||
|
||||
在高分辨率位图上模拟盖章效果，再转回矢量路径：
|
||||
|
||||
1. 用干净的矢量图形渲染出 2048 × 2048 的黑白遮罩（红色区域 = 1）。
|
||||
2. 用固定随机种子的多尺度噪声（低频 + 高频）做以下处理：
|
||||
- **边缘侵蚀**：对遮罩做轻微模糊，再用「阈值 + 噪声」二值化，让外轮廓和白色笔画的边缘都出现自然的不规则，幅度控制在印面宽度的 0.5%–1.5%；
|
||||
- **着墨不匀**：叠加一个低频的「压力场」（比如左上偏实、右下偏虚），在偏虚的区域，用高频噪声挖出少量成片的小白斑，而不是均匀的点；
|
||||
- **印泥渗入**：白色笔画边缘偶尔被红色轻微侵入。
|
||||
3. 用 **potracer**（`.work/venv` 里已安装，`import potrace`）把结果矢量化成 SVG 路径；设置合适的 `turdsize`（去掉过小的碎点）和 `alphamax`（曲线平滑度），避免生成过多节点。目标是文件小于 60 KB。
|
||||
4. 质感的强度做 **轻 / 中** 两档，放进对比页。
|
||||
|
||||
### 2.3 小尺寸
|
||||
|
||||
- 64px 以上：质感版（检查 64px 下会不会显脏，如果脏，64px 就用「轻」档）。
|
||||
- 32px：干净版 + 外轮廓的轻微不规则，没有斑点。
|
||||
- 16px：保持已确认的方案 B，不变。
|
||||
|
||||

|
||||
|
||||
> 用户对 v3 的意见：「还是差点意思」，要求先看真实印章再做。调研结论见 **`seal-research.md`（必读）**，参考图在 **`.work/refs/`（必看，逐张打开）**，其中最主要的参考是 `ref-baiwen-chenjulai-zoom.png`。
|
||||
> 本轮只做印章；字标 W1（思源宋体 Black + Cinzel）保持不变，最后做组合。不要对勾。
|
||||
|
||||
## 1. 字形：两个方案

||||

两个方案的共同要求：

- 红边（字外面一圈红）的宽度 ≈ 笔画间红色间隙的宽度，比 v3 稍窄；

- 设计 1–2 处「**破边**」：靠近边缘的白色笔画切断红边、和外面连通（参考陈巨来那方的左边和底边），位置要选在不影响认字的地方。
|

## 2. 质感：按真实印蜕的参数做
|
||||
|

先在 2400 × 2400 的位图上模拟，再用 potracer 矢量化。全部使用固定随机种子。

印章红改为**偏橙的朱砂红**，参考实拍的 #C8381E–#D9452A，建议从 **#CF3A24** 附近开始，在白底和深底 #1D2733 上各看一遍再定。如果做双色，积色比主色深 8%–10%。

||||

这样也和界面里表示「致命」的 #C4122F（偏洋红）拉开了距离，请在规范里更新两者的区别说明。

## 1. 基础草稿
|
||||
|
||||
- **采用**：`drafts/draft-1-seal-check.png`。红色方形印章，里面是白色「标」字，内框断开；一个对勾从右下角穿出印章边框；右边是藏青色「标博士」字标和拼音「BIAOBOSHI」。
|
||||
- **不采用**：`drafts/draft-2-mortarboard.png`（学士帽）。学士帽是教育类品牌的常见套路；3D 阴影和细流苏在小尺寸下没法用；也和「投前审校员」的定位不符。
|
||||

## 2. 要保留的东西（用户喜欢的部分）

1. 方形印章 + 白色「标」字 + 断开的内框：取自投标人每天都在做的「盖章」。

4. 字标：粗黑体「标博士」+ 拉宽字距的拼音「BIAOBOSHI」。

3. `logo-sheet.html` 用浏览器直接打开就能看到全部版本。

4. 最后用几句话总结：做了哪些造型调整、为什么这样调、还有哪些需要用户决定的地方。

||||
标志由朱红方印、白色「标」、断开的内框和向右上穿出的勾组成；横版右侧为「标博士」与拼音。它表达逐项核对，使用时仍应体现辅助检查与人工确认。

主图以 96 × 96 为方印基准，四角半径 5；白色内框约 3.4 宽，在上、左侧留断口；勾为实心白色多边形，主体宽约 10，红色外描边宽 2.5，并越过方印右边界。字形取同一套黑体轮廓，经独立宽高和重心调整；印内字上移，为勾留出间隔。主图实际外接范围为 110.5 × 96。横版总范围 277 × 96，字标起点距方印左边 138；竖版总范围 139 × 181。请按原文件等比缩放，勿自行重新排版。

- 大于 32px 的独立图形优先用 `svg/mark.svg`；32px 用去除内框并放大字形的 `svg/mark-small.svg` 和 `favicon.svg`。16px 使用方案 B：加粗简化的「标」字，见 `favicon-16.png`。32、180、192、512 像素 PNG 使用小尺寸印章造型。

- 横版建议宽度不小于 160px；120px 为受限空间的下限，此时中文名可辨，拼音仅作视觉识别，不能保证逐字阅读。需要拼音可读时应放大。

# v4 印章使用与色彩草案

本文件仅适用于第四轮候选方案；正式资产与正式规范尚未替换。选择 G1 或 G2 后，再确定正式输出。

印章基准朱砂红为 **#CF3A24**（RGB 207, 58, 36），偏橙、近印泥，仅用于标志。候选印面为体现浓淡，使用 #C53520 至 #D64328 的轻微渐变。界面致命问题仍用 **#C4122F**（RGB 196, 18, 47），偏洋红；不得把印章色用于界面风险等级，也不得把致命红当印章色。二者应配合语义文字区分。

`seal-G1.svg` / `seal-G2.svg` 为印泥质感主稿；`-web` 是颗粒更少的网页版，`-clean` 无颗粒，用于 32px 和极简场景；`-mono` 将印泥固定为单一朱砂红，便于单色印刷。印迹白文用白色承载，在深色背景上仍显示白色。16px 继续使用已确认的方案 B。组合中的字标保持 W1（思源宋体 Black + Cinzel SemiBold），深底时字标反白。
