chore: 忽略根目录 air-cargo/，CLAUDE.md 声明其仅作另一仓库的提交通道
- .gitignore 新增 air-cargo/（同一份源码的独立 git 仓库，远程不同）
- CLAUDE.md 新增「air-cargo 目录：一律忽略」：扫描、开发、查历史均跳过，
仅 sync-air-cargo skill 可操作

chore: SDK 版本管理由 vfox 迁移至 mise 原生配置
- 新增 mise.toml（java = 17，vendor 由全局 shorthand_vendor 控制）
- 删除 vfox 配置 .tool-versions / .vfox.toml
- 删除指向旧机器 vfox npx 路径的过时 MCP 定义 .claude/mcp.json
- 清理 .gitignore 与 settings.local.json 中的 vfox 残留
