chore: SDK 版本管理由 vfox 迁移至 mise 原生配置

Browse Source 
- 新增 mise.toml（java = 17，vendor 由全局 shorthand_vendor 控制）
- 删除 vfox 配置 .tool-versions / .vfox.toml
- 删除指向旧机器 vfox npx 路径的过时 MCP 定义 .claude/mcp.json
- 清理 .gitignore 与 settings.local.json 中的 vfox 残留
