feat(出港运抵): Tab 改服务端 arrivalStatus 过滤，移除补充信息页（问题清单 #19/#20）

- #20 待运抵/已运抵 Tab 改为入参 arrivalStatus=0/1 服务端过滤（与平板运抵状态筛选一致），
  角标为同条件 pageQueryTotal 全量票数；删除客户端拆分逻辑与 GjcMaWb.isPending
  （口径变化：申报状态 E 等异常态归入「待运抵」，以后端 arrivalStatus 为准）
- #19 后端确认目前无需「补充信息」页：删除 IntExpArriveSupplementActivity/ViewModel/布局与清单注册，
  待运抵卡片不再弹长按浮层（已运抵保留 重置/回执）
- 筛选移除「代理」：内网实测 IntExpArrive/pageQuery 忽略 agentCode，与平板查询参数对齐
- 内网实测：全量 待运抵 6 / 已运抵 2，与 pageQuery total 一致
