fix(phone): 卡片右上角箭头改为原型灰色

ULD 管理、出港查询、出港仓库、进港查询、进港仓库卡片右上角箭头改为 gray-500
（phone_text_body），出港计重改为 gray-400（phone_text_hint），与各页原型一致。
仅在各卡片布局上加 tint，公共图标 ic_phone_chevron_right 不变；
「查看详情 ›」的蓝色箭头保持原样。
